Bring water to a running boil (for 1 kg of pasta, you will need about 5 litres of water) and add some salt

Once the water is boiling, add the pasta. The cooking time is 2 minutes for plain pasta or 3 minutes for raviolis.

Serve the pasta with your favourite sauce.

We recommend to eat the ravioli just with butter and sage or with olive oil and some parmesan cheese on top, in order to taste properly their delicious flavour.

Recommended quantities:

– As a starter: 80-100gr (10 portions per kg)

– As a main course: 150gr (6 portions per kg)
